CCCS improved Simplified Air Suspension

15941-sas-l.jpgCUSTOM Cycle Control Systems (CCCS) has improved its Simplified Air Suspension System (SAS) for Softails and now offers it with a 30-day money back guarantee.

The SAS is a self contained system that has no compressor to mount, no pressure hoses to run and no fittings to fail. All installation requires is the replacement of the original shocks with the new SAS unit and wiring an on/off switch directly to the battery.

Inside the SAS, the cylinder pistons and rods are double-sealed and the pneumatic cylinders are claimed to eliminate bottoming out. Additionally, the bike’s ride quality is said to be improved by a pre-set factory dampening valve. At approximately 150psi, the bike will be fully raised and the suspension will be resting on its piston bumpers at maximum ride height. After that, the height will not change, but air pressure can be increased for improved riding during cornering or with a passenger. The unit offers a full 4in of swingarm travel.

All parts are CNC machined from billet aluminum, and moving parts are oil-impregnated (to provide permanent lubrication). CCCS provides a three-year warranty and 30-day money back guarantee.
